My account

To create an AZIANZO account, please complete the following steps:
1. Click here to view the account registration page
2. Simply fill in the obligatory fields which will be used to create your account
3. Once you have entered your information, an e-mail will be sent requesting confirmation of your newly created account

Your account will give you access to the following benefits:
- View and retain order history
- Order tracking
- View and print invoices
- Save, edit and add new addresses
- A faster, more convenient checkout experience

To log in to your account, click here, then enter your email and password to verify your identity.

From within your AZIANZO account, selecting the orders tab will allow you to download paid invoices.

If you do not have an account, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist you further.

A shopping cart that you are yet to confirm can be found by simply logging into your AZIANZO account after which the contents of your cart will once again be made visible for purchasing.

Please note that putting an item into your shopping cart does not reserve it, therefore some items may no longer be in stock following your return to the cart. An 'out of stock' message will display accordingly.

From the log in page, select forgot password. You will then be prompted to enter the e-mail address associated with your AZIANZO account. An e-mail will then be sent with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you no longer have access to the e-mail address associated with your account, please contact our customer care team who will be happy to assist you further.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

orders & payment

Placing an order is simple.
1. Select items on our website then add them to your shopping cart
2. View your cart to confirm prior to payment
3. Enter your delivery address
4. Choose your payment method then enter your bank details and confirm

Once your order has been confirmed, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Soon after, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please check that the information on the e-mail is correct and retain for your records. Order information can also be found from within your AZIANZO account.

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro & PayPal. Digital wallet payments, Apple Pay & Google Pay, are also accepted.

Bancontact is available to customers in Belgium. iDEAL is available to customers in Netherlands.

Amazon Pay in no longer a supported method of payment.

At present, orders can not be paid for in instalments.

Payment security

With the implementation of the most advanced encryption services (SSL), all orders placed on AZIANZO.com are made with maximum security. We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the "https" URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in your browser's address bar.

You will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order to ensure your card purchases are safe.

Orders are processed immediately, therefore it is not always possible to make changes. In most cases, it is necessary to cancel and reorder with the changes. Our customer care team will be able to assist.

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale. An estimated delivery date for each pre-order item is indicated within the product page. Once your pre-ordered item is made available, it will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity and a confirmation e-mail will be sent.

We do not receive funds for declined transactions, although these charges may still appear as pending or processing with your bank.

Declined charges are eventually cleared, a process which usually takes a few days.

Delivery

Complimentary standard UK delivery is available on all orders and can take between 2-3 business days to arrive.

Additional delivery methods are available to select during checkout, depending on location.

Depending on the size and number of items that are in your order, it will be shipped in either a polybag or box.

All orders outside the UK and EU are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and are therefore subject to customs and import charges into the respective destination country if required on delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any applicable charges on delivery.

The courier will contact you once your item(s) have been received into customs to confirm the cost, if applicable. This may delay your delivery as goods held at customs are your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

AZIANZO are unable to provide information on potential charges, therefore if you are in doubt we would recommend that you contact the local authority for the country that the order will be delivered too.

At present we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, APO addresses and mail-forwarding addresses

Once your order has been dispatched, an e-mail advising of this will be sent to you which may include a tracking link for your selected courier. The link will only become active once the courier has received your shipment.

If a mobile number was provided at checkout, you may also receive a tracking link and updates via text message, depending on your selected courier.

returns & refunds

Naturally we hope that you enjoy your AZIANZO order but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied then you are able to return this to us within 21 days of receiving it for a full refund of the price paid for the item so long as it is in its original sellable condition. Shipping costs, if applicable, are not refunded unless the item is faulty.

Please contact our customer care team who will be able to initiate the returns process for you.

As per our returns policy, we are unable to accept the return of underwear, swimwear, and face masks due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.

Retuned orders are only accepted in their original condition and must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all the tags and packaging. You will be refunded within 5 days of your parcel being received back, via the original payment method.

Items that are returned in an unsellable condition or not in line with our returns policy will not be refunded.

At present we are unable to accept exchanges. We invite you to return your order back to us for a refund within 21 days of delivery. You can then place a new order accordingly.

Retuned orders are only accepted in their original condition and must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags and packaging.

Orders which are purchased as a gift benefit from an extended returns period. Please contact our customer care team so that we can apply an extended return to your order.

We are unable to accept the return or exchange of items bought through a third-party retailer. You should contact the retailer directly if there are any issues with the item(s) you ordered.

We cannot accept the return of any items that have been personalised (e.g. monogrammed) unless the item is faulty.

Our customer care team are happy to help in the event of a fault.

Items & care

If an item is out of stock an option to enter your e-mail address will be available on the product page.

You will be notified as soon as the item is back in stock.

At present we are unable to offer alterations.

You can find care advice on the item pages online and on the composition label affixed to the product. Naturally we recommend you follow these instructions carefully.

If you have lost the label, our customer care team can assist you further.

Failure to follow care instructions may cause damage to your product which cannot be considered defective. We invite you to explore our care guide for our advice on looking after your items according to their material.

The production of AZIANZO products takes place at several specially selected partner sites in Europe, including countries Portugal, Italy & Spain. We only work with partners that have high technical knowledge and a rich history of garment craftsmanship.
